If there’s one piece of clothing that strikes fear into the heart of a 150cm woman, it’s the Blazer.

We’ve all been there: you see a chic, oversized blazer on a model, you order it, and when it arrives… you look like you’re wearing a literal sleeping bag with lapels. The sleeves are 10cm too long, and the shoulders make you look like a linebacker from the 80s.

But here is the secret I’ve learned after years of searching for the perfect office-to-night-out look: You don’t have to skip the blazer trend; you just have to know the petite hacks.

1. The Shoulder Seam is Your North Star

When you’re 150cm, the most important part of any jacket is the shoulder. Even if the style is "oversized," the shoulder seam should still sit relatively close to your natural shoulder bone. If the seam drops too far down your arm, the whole piece looks like it’s wearing you.
